MEBLERO reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the structure and design of the website; to modify or remove services or content, as well as the conditions of access or use. Therefore, it is the user’s responsibility to consult any possible modifications to these conditions with each use of the website.

Deliveries

The prices published on our website do not include delivery costs, assembly, or other services.

The delivery fees depend on the products in the order and the customer’s location. Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Meblero may deliver parts of the order separately due to the different logistics involved for various products. This means that some items in the order may arrive sooner, while others may take longer.

Delivery is ‘kerbside’ – packages will be delivered to the customer at street level, without being brought inside the home.

Some products cannot be shipped to certain regions. In such cases, purchasing them will not be possible.

Some orders will be delivered by furniture-specific transport agencies that do not offer order tracking services. In such cases, we can provide updates on the order status upon request via WhatsApp or email.

Due to the volume and weight of the products offered, the delivery times indicated on our website are approximate. While most products are delivered before the specified timeframe, a reasonable delay of up to 30 days will not entitle the customer to any compensation.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 14 days after the customer receives the product. The customer has the right to cancel their purchase of our products within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The cancellation period will end 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the products.

In the event of cancellation by the customer within the 14-day period (counted from the day of receipt), the direct cost of returning the goods and/or services will be borne by the customer, as stated in the LGCU, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The direct return costs will include, in any case, transportation costs to our facilities and repackaging.

The customer will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling that is not necessary due to its nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or the confirmation email.

Exempt items

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Cancellation of Shipped and Unreceived Orders

If a customer decides to cancel an order after it has been shipped, they will be responsible for all associated costs, including, but not limited to, delivery, storage, and return costs for the item. This applies even if the customer has not received the product and cancels the order before delivery. The refund of the amount paid by the customer will be processed once the product has been returned and inspected, deducting the aforementioned costs.

Shipping of Products to Be Returned

  • We will email you the address for returning the product (the warehouse address may vary depending on the product).
  • After shipping, please keep the shipping receipt as proof.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received the goods at our warehouses and verified their condition, we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used by the customer, except in the case of cash payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer. In any case, this process will be completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned goods at our warehouses.
