If the items in the shopping basket have different delivery times, the longest delivery time for the entire order will be displayed.
In the case of delivery outside mainland Spain, additional customs clearance charges may apply. These charges will be borne by the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
Meblero may deliver parts of the order separately due to the different logistics of various products. This means that some items in the order may arrive sooner while others may take longer.
Delivery is “to the doorstep” – packages will be delivered to the customer at street level, without being taken inside their home.
The shipping fee does not include any additional services: assembly, installation, removal of packaging, delivery to the apartment, prior phone notice before delivery, delivery at a specific time slot, change of delivery address, waiting for the customer at the delivery address, additional delivery attempts (beyond the standard two attempts), or other similar services.
Some products cannot be delivered to certain regions. In such cases, purchasing them will not be possible.
Some orders will be delivered by furniture-specific transport agencies that do not offer order tracking services. In such cases, we can provide updates on the order status upon request via WhatsApp or email.
Due to the volume and weight of the products offered, the delivery times indicated on our website are approximate. While most products are delivered before the specified timeframe, a reasonable delay of up to 30 days will not entitle the customer to any compensation.
